Wow i've finally jumped on the web 2.0 bandwagon - I've been very tempted to sit by in denial thinking that this is a fad ... but it's not so scary after all - and hey you never know, i might even like it.
(note: I have blown my 15 min daily limit today)

Glad you're finding it's not too scary after all. We suspect 2.0 will have a pretty significant impact on our services and our clients' expectations. Always better to be part of the steam roller than part of the road I think!
